Offhand Flourishing

"The man who works with his hands is a laborer.
The man who works with his hands and his brain is a craftsman.
The man who works with his hands, his brain, and his heart is an artist."
-Louis Nizer

The father of penmanship, Platt Rogers Spencer, at 13 years old had a beautiful philosophy behind his handwriting. He believed that with God being the originator of all beauty, had instilled his beauty into nature, and if he could take his cues from nature then he could have the beauty of God in his handwriting, that philosophy inspires me. Since then, hundreds of master penmen have given their contributions, whether big or small to shape handwriting as we know it today, here are mine, enjoy.
